Guillermo Bublik

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, moved to the U.S.A. in 1982 to pursue a graduate degree in Physics. His interest in science was fueled by a fascination with the imagined futures portrayed in science fiction. Drawn to theories and equations, Bublik found beauty in the symmetrical arrangement of Maxwell's equations and Einstein's General Relativity. He is awed by human ingenuity and sees a deep connection between scientific and artistic creativity, emphasizing the search for patterns, form, structure, and beauty in the world.

After retiring from a technical career in 2018, Bublik turned to painting, considering it a logical continuation of his innate thirst for creativity. His abstract artwork explores the interplay of geometry and color, evoking diverse emotions in both himself and viewers. The subtle variations in size, shape, and color within his art generate distinct human reactions. Observers note a strong connection between Bublik's artistic expression and his background in science, highlighting the seamless integration of his love for both disciplines.
